mediation app is in beta. We're still adding features and fixing issues, so some parts of the app and website may change, and you may run into something that doesn't work as it should. When you do, please tell us — every report helps us improve the platform before our full public launch.

Create a Support Request in the App
Sign in to the mobile app and tap Support on your dashboard to create a support request.
Email Us
You can also create a support request by emailing info@mediation.app. You don't need the app or an account to reach us.
Email a Support RequestWhat to Include
- What you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
- The email address on your account, if you have one.
- For the mobile app, your device and the app version.
- Screenshots, if they help show the problem.
Please don't send passwords, full account numbers, or other sensitive financial details by email.
