What We May Keep
We may keep limited records where the law requires it or where they are needed for security, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes — for example, payment and billing records. Information needed for an active mediation that involves other parties may also be retained. If we cannot delete something, we will tell you what we kept and why. Data stored only on your phone can be removed by deleting your account in the app or uninstalling it; we cannot reach it remotely.
