If you cannot come to an agreement, you will be able to continue dialogue for 12-24 hours on your own via monitored chat on the platform. If you can come to an agreement, then you will receive your draft agreement. If you still cannot come to an agreement, you will lose the bonus draft agreement. Draft agreements will cost between $1,000-$1,500 depending on the circumstances, and further negotiations through the platform will be charged a la carte.

Pricing Questions
What's included in the free tier?
The free tier provides all the resources you need to complete the divorce process on your own. It's perfect for couples who mutually want to get a divorce and the situation is not contentious. We provide downloadable document templates, divorce preparation guides, co-parenting resources, and more.
What's included in the Smart plan?
The Smart plan ($500/person) is for someone who wants to start the process but may not have worked it out with their spouse yet, or is exploring what the financial consequences of divorce would be. It includes the mediation workflow tool, asset division calculator, and secure document storage. If you're in a difficult situation and your spouse is not being cooperative, you can apply for financial aid.
What's included in the Complete plan?
The Complete plan ($1,000/person) includes everything in Smart, plus the ability to link financial accounts and one negotiation session using our proprietary negotiation tool with smart matching technology. Each person pays separately for their access.
What's included in the Premium plan?
The Premium plan ($1,599/person) includes everything in Complete, plus 2 negotiation sessions (with up to 3 rounds in the second session), AI Financial Advisor recommendations during the first session, custody agreement templates, and the option to add a draft divorce agreement for just $250/person.
What's included in the Elite Mediation Package?
The Elite package ($2,250/person) is our full-service offering and is still cheaper than the average cost of just one typical mediation session. It includes 3 virtual negotiation sessions, up to 2 hours with a human mediator, and a bonus draft agreement if you can reach agreement without needing a human mediator. If you cannot agree initially, you get 12-24 hours of monitored chat to continue dialogue. If you reach agreement through the chat, you still receive the draft agreement. If you still cannot agree, the bonus draft agreement is forfeited and agreements will cost $1,000-$1,500 depending on circumstances.
Are there any additional costs?
Our pricing is fully transparent. Additional costs may include: draft divorce agreements ($750-$1,500 depending on circumstances, or $250/person as a Premium add-on), additional negotiation sessions charged a la carte, court filing fees (which vary by state), and optional services like independent attorney review.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! For our flat-fee packages, you can split your payments into two installments at no additional cost.
